AEIRO for Business

Indoor air treatment, monitoring, and reporting configured for commercial buildings and their HVAC systems.

Overview

AEIRO combines indoor air treatment, monitoring, and reporting to help facility teams manage measured air-quality conditions and trends. Equipment is selected around building design and HVAC conditions, with reporting for staff and stakeholders.

Why AEIRO

Built for commercial spaces.

Designed around the building

Coverage depends on building design, HVAC zones, airflow, and equipment selection for each application.

IAQ management and visibility

Air treatment, monitoring, and reporting help facility teams manage supported airborne contaminants and review measured indoor air-quality conditions and trends.

Reporting you can share

Clear dashboards and reports document measured indoor air conditions and trends for employees, clients, and other stakeholders.

Operational fit

Selected equipment is designed to operate quietly alongside compatible HVAC systems. Installation, service, and maintenance requirements vary by the building, selected equipment, and application.

Outside Air Reduction with ASHRAE Standard 62.1

ASHRAE Standard 62.1 includes an Indoor Air Quality Procedure (IAQP) as a performance-based alternative to the prescriptive Ventilation Rate Procedure. Any proposed outside-air reduction is project-specific and must be evaluated under the adopted edition of Standard 62.1, including contaminants-of-concern analysis, applicable design criteria, verification, and qualified design review. Installing AEIRO does not by itself authorize a ventilation-rate change.

The IAQ Procedure pathway

Under the adopted edition of Standard 62.1, the Indoor Air Quality Procedure provides a project-specific pathway for evaluating contaminants of concern, proposed outside-air rates, and the verification needed to support the design through qualified engineering review.

Lower energy costs

Outside air must be heated, cooled, and dehumidified. Reducing how much of it you bring in directly lowers HVAC energy use, one of the largest operating costs in commercial buildings.

Understanding the cited CO₂ research

The linked third-party study was not an AEIRO test and did not test reduced ventilation. Its findings should be read within the study's short-term research conditions and healthy-adult participant group.

What the cited 2026 study found

The linked third-party study reports cognitive-performance findings under its stated short-term test conditions in healthy adults. It did not test AEIRO or reduced ventilation and does not establish that elevated CO₂ is broadly harmless or that outside-air rates can be reduced without project-specific engineering review.

One System, Three Jobs
